Role Description

  • This is a remote New Business Development role.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers through various channels to generate leads.
  • Conduct consultations to assess customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate product details to customers, highlighting how our offerings meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the training teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Present detailed and compelling quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections.


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or outdoor living industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and digital online training is a plus.


  • Generous commission only structure.
