Sentinel Change — Intermediate: Evaluate Readiness and Review Implementation

Evaluate a change proposal, test pre-use readiness and review temporary and permanent outcomes.

Learn at your own pace

Three practical lessons, exercises and worked answers. Allow approximately 60–90 minutes including assessment, divided into short sessions to suit you. No trainer is required.

Before you begin

Complete Change Beginner or have equivalent practical knowledge.

Your learning journey

  1. Test the risk review and affected barriers — Challenge whether the proposed scope and controls support a defensible decision.
  2. Build and challenge the readiness gate — Distinguish intended controls from demonstrated readiness before use.
  3. Review implementation and expiry — Close the loop with outcome evidence and controlled reinstatement.

Practice and assessment

Use a notebook or authorised fictional workspace. The separate final test contains ten single-choice questions worth one point each. Seven correct answers achieve the 70% pass mark. Complete the required lessons and assessment to earn the Sentinel course certificate. The worked exercises are self-check activities; the knowledge test does not certify practical workplace competence.

Access and scope

Enrolment is allocated by the Academy administrator. A software subscription is not needed to complete notebook exercises. Editing Sentinel requires the appropriate account, permissions, licence and workplace authority. This course records learning; it does not establish technical competence, regulatory acceptance or authority to accept operational risk.
