  Insurance company continued taking payment without providing the care

  My medical care plan was stopped, with no notice, yet the insurance kept taking my premiums. The claim my health was at risk because of a coronavirus! That is what we pay health insurance for and they took my money with no intentions of honoring the medicare contract.

  This was obtaining money, my money, through deception and when I tried to stop the payments I was threatened with the cancellation of my policy and debt collectors!

  The company stole my money and failed to provide a service as the hospitals were all closed to the members and the consultants refused to see anyone!
