Your learning journey
- Govern reporting and escalation consistently — Design accountable reporting arrangements and test whether they work in practice.
- Interpret trends without overstating the evidence — Use incident data to identify questions and priorities while recognising reporting and exposure effects.
- Turn incident learning into verified improvements — Maintain traceability from supported findings to controlled change and effectiveness review.
Practice and assessment
Use a notebook or authorised fictional workspace. The linked demonstration is read only. The separate final test contains ten single-choice questions worth one point each. Seven correct answers achieve the 70% pass mark. Complete the required lessons and assessment to earn the Sentinel course certificate.
Access and scope
Enrolment is allocated by the Academy administrator. A software subscription is not needed to read the demonstration or complete notebook exercises. Editing live Sentinel records requires the appropriate account, permissions and workplace authority. Controls and menu labels may vary by deployment. This course records learning; it does not establish technical competence, regulatory approval or authority to accept operational risk.
